CI: Copy artifacts from tagged builds to the release folders (!273) · Merge requests · SECO Northern Europe / Yocto / manifest

When the build is tagged, the artifacts go into the Releases subfolders, when not into the interal_releases for yocto and the CI_BUILS subfolder for FNG System.
