CI: Copy artifacts from tagged builds to the release folders

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge ci-deploy-release into dunfell

When the build is tagged, the artifacts go into the Releases subfolders, when not into the interal_releases for yocto and the CI_BUILS subfolder for FNG System.
