CI: Add check if integration branch is on top of target branch before reusing it

The integration branch was reused even if there where new commits on the
target branch, which could lead into reverting some changes.
This adds a check, if the existing integration branch is directly based
on the target branch and deletes it if not.

build: Added DualEspresso

The packagegroups have been renamed to seconorth.
Updated the image to reflect the change.
Also did some clean-up and resorting.

The licenses names have been changed. Edited the excluded licenses list,
to reflect the change.
Also sorted the package lists.

Moved the bbclass to seco-base-image-nogplv3.
Added new image that builds a SECO North default image without GPLv3
software.

- Most of the base-utils have been replaced by the busybox variant
- The libreadline is used by a lot of applications. Where possible
libreadline was removed via PACKAGECONFIG. Also editline was added,
which can function as an drop-in replacement to readline.
- The support for Python 2 was removed, because it depends on GPLv3
libraries. Besides the dependencies, Python 2 is EOL since 2020.
- The networkmanager is still not buildable against editline and was
removed (see meta-guf-distro).
- GPLv3 software that isn't vital for the system was moved to a new
FEATURE_PACKAGES group in meta-guf-distro.
