[KERNEL][U-BOOT] Use branches based on MediaTek's release v24.0

Oleksii Kutuzov requested to merge oleksii/release-v24.0-based-branches into kirkstone

It was agreed to stick to MediaTek's branches from specific releases and rebase our changes on top of them. This changes the names of branches for u-boot and kernel repositories.

Additionally need to be done:

  • Switch default branches in both repositories
  • Adjust the integration variable for both repositories
