[NETWORK] Remove conflicting network configuration files

YT-426-e-58-clea-os-wrong-names-for-network-interfaces-in-etc-systemd-network into kirkstone

These are added in meta-rity. They don’t have a priority in the filename and therefore are not properly parsed/used. Removing them here to avoid conflicts.

Both ethernet ports still working fine without them.
