[mx8mm][tanaro] Removed filtering of imxvpu and add DT

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge tpog/fix_vpu into kirkstone

The filter was preventing the Edgehog Embedded image to be built. The DT is required for the open frame variant of the TANARO.
