fng-install: Handle gitlab 'links' during file download.

Gitlab uses textfiles to present links when downloaded. Handle these during file download.

fng-install: Fixed target parameter

The "target" parameter was colliding with the TFTP parameter. Removed the shortcut (-t) for the target parameter to resolve the collision. Also, some filesystem operations weren't respecting the TARGETDEVICE parameter.
