manifest: Update poky to the latest dunfell commit

The latest poky dunfell release id dunfell-23.0.14. However, this has an issue with perf that is fixed in https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/commit/?h=dunfell&id=f593e21aad8a972bcb42ac0af112056e9dda6b25

Thus pull the latest but untagged version 52b59e884110b2d48ad83438eef1fed7a28f01cf.
