gitlab-ci: do not run automatic pipelines on integration branches

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge do-not-run-auto-pipelines-on-integration-branches into dunfell

Pipelines on branches starting with "integrate/" will not be automatically created anymore. They will be explicitly triggered from the layer merge requests using GitLab's multi-project pipeline features.
