connectivity: Add rtl8812au driver

Add the Rocko variant of the Realtek 8812AU driver supporting both the rtl8812au and the rtl88821au chipsets.

The source is the github.com/aircrack-ng/rtl8812au.git in the version v5.6.4.2. Minor changes of the Makefile are necessary to build it with Yocto.
