meta-qt5: Upgrade to Qt 5.15

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge upgrade-qt5.15 into dunfell

Upgrade to Qt 5.15 by upgrading the meta-qt5 layer to the latest master version.

Qt 5.15 is supposed to be a long-term supported version and the last version before the compatibility breaking Qt 6 is released.

It fits into the long-term strategy of dunfell, however the version is not pulled from the dunfell branch of the official meta-qt5 repository.
