fngsystem:tanaro:Add missing kernel module smsc95xx for eth1

Eth1 didn't worked in fngsystem for Tanaro because of the missing module.

network config: Fixed generation of network config for fngsystem

The fix introduced to handle bad/unset mac address didn't worked for fngsystem, leading to missing network setup there.
