base-files:imx8mguf: Remove CONFIG and BOOT partition mount

On the imx8m platform TANARO we wait for a very long time for a timeout while the boot-up process tries to mount the CONFIG (/etc/shared) and LINUX (/boot) partitions. Currently we do not have those partitions thus throw them out of the imx8mguf image.
