fngsystem: Install script fixes and version to upgrade from U-Boot based Nallinos

Only the upgrade script is part of the commit. Needs to be copied and adapted manually during the release. It basically allows to install fngboot and fngsystem in one go, using missing tools in older Flash-N-Go System in the changeroot of the new installation.

Fixes regarding the measurement of installation size.

fngsystem: Adapt gf-prepare-kernel for FNG System

Also added call to sconfig init which now creates a new config only if the old is broken. gf-prepare-kernel now selects the correct bootpartition in FNGSystem, so devicetree updates can be done here also later.
