rtl8723bu: Remove firmware binaries again and rdepend on linux-firmware:

This fixes the SDK build, as both linux-firmware and this package have added the same file in this commit: f6fc1f1 recipe:rtl8723bu: Add firmware binaries and disable concurrent mode

Now the firmware is installed from linux-firmware into the image.
