recipe:rtl8723bu: Add firmware binaries and disable concurrent mode

Firmware binary is needed for Bluetooth to work Concurrent mode is disabled since it cause connection drop This patch override the first commited patch and changes the architecture assignment so it can also be built for other architecture than "arm"
