gfxml2dto:fngsystem: Remove a hack for nallino

Recently, the new changes/fixes for nallino were added, but they don't get into the fngsystem image due to the fixed SRCREV.

This hack was introduced in the commit f75621da "gfxml2dto:fngsystem: Set fixed SRCREV, don't pull the fec hack for nallino".

There were some problems with fec in dunfell/linux5.10 fngsystem when 'local-mac-address' property is missing in the device tree.

The network works fine on nallino with the latest fngsystem, even if this property is not present.
