arm64:dts:mv: Set the RS485 DE pin per default
The DE pin is routed via the GPIO-Expander on the SOM-SMARC-MX8M-Plus. This causes a deadlock, because the system expects a non-sleeping IO as enable pin, but the GPIO-Expander only provides "sleeping" GPIOs (all GPIO chips that are connected via a slow bus are considered sleeping GPIOs).
