Makefiles: Add autotools files and setup installation in Makefile.am

This also adds a license file and few files expected by the autotools.

Some minor code changes:

  • moved the 'lan' binaries to /usr/share/sharedconf as the default xmls
  • renamed the lagacy .init files for sysVinit to the target name without .init in source.
