As of 8 April 2024, the git.seco.com instance was upgraded to the Premium version. External users and SECO customers who need access to private groups or repositories can make a request by contacting SECO support team via the ticketing platform (https://support.seco.com/).

Makefiles: Add autotools files and setup installation in Makefile.am

This also adds a license file and few files expected by the autotools.

Some minor code changes:

moved the 'lan' binaries to /usr/share/sharedconf as the default xmls
renamed the lagacy .init files for sysVinit to the target name without .init in source.
