Integrate config/change_genio700_rpm

setup:genio700: Remove PACKAGE_CLASSES override

We use rpm packages per default in our Yocto setup.
Use it for MediaTek as well (different package classes provoke potential
issues in various pre-/post-steps and also reduce reusability between
platforms with the same arch).
