Integrate uboot-imx-kuk/trizeps8mini-bootselect-gpio

dts:trizeps8mini:pconxs: Move pinctrl for PconXs 'fastboot' button to hogging

The existing pinctrl was not applied, moving it to the hogging node
fixes the 'guf bootselect' command, as the Pulldown is now disabled.
