busybox: Replace most busybox utils with full tools

Replace core-base-utils with the packagegroup that provides the full
tools instead. This patch exchanges them with the full packages accoriding to
poky's local.conf.extended.sample for the guf-distro.
But added busybox to packagegroup-guf-small explicitly as there are
still some tools not replaced yet, currently I now from 'resize' and
ping6.
For fng-system the image size seems to grow too big.
