Integrate meta-guf-machine/sis_i2c_reset-warning-fix

linux:touchdriver: Remove in-kernel SIS touch driver

It seems to mess with the out-of-tree SIS vendor driver. Thus get rid of
the in-kernel driver for now from the linux defconfig and use the
sis-i2c vendor driver instead.
