packagegroup:tests: Added hdparm to the remove list

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge clean_up_packagegroups into kirkstone

The hdparm tool was added to the extra packagegroup in meta-seconorth-distro. Since it uses a GPLv3 license, we have to remove it here.
