bootscripts: Remove '.scr' files from mx6 packages (again)

Jonas Höppner requested to merge kirkstone-remove-scr-boot-files-from-image into kirkstone

The current available files are not able to use uboot to boot the images on mx6. Another boot.cfg would be required, but as fngboot is still the default bootloader it is currently not needed.

Last patch only worked for the image not for the deploy folder.
