Add boot.cfg and boot.scr to IMAGE_BOOT_FILES

Add boot.cfg and boot.scr to IMAGE_BOOT_FILES

boot.cfg and boot.scr are part of the /boot folder. Add them to IMAGE_BOOT_FILES so they will be added to bootfs-image, which will be used for rauc update of boot partition.
