Initial version of seco-hmi-postinstallation.
Service will check if gfxml-overlay.dtbo is present in corresponding bootfs_X partition and will start fnginstall-postinstallation if overlay is absent.
gfxml2dto recipe is set to use dunfell branch which is outdated so it was required to add SRCREV.conf to the machine layer.
Edgehog build setup scripts use it.
