IMX8: use imx-mkimage for u-boot

Jonas Höppner requested to merge uboot-build-full-binary into dunfell

For IMX8(M) the u-boot binary itself needs to be packed together with the u-boot SPL binary, DDR firmware, SCU firmware and ATF firmware. The meta-freescale offers the imx-boot recipe to do the packaging.
