install board info environment information into the device tree

This MR

  • improves the bootscripts handling of devicetree overlays and
  • installs the board revision information from the u-boot environment into the device tree.
  • installs the u-boot version into the device tree
  • for both boot-alt.scr and boot.scr
  • changes the u-boot-imx recipe to use the DISTRO-VERSION as its LOCALVERSION which is then used by u-boot for displaying banners, in the version command, etc.
