Add imx6ull gfplatdetect

Add the Garz & Fricke specific platform detection for the iMX6ULL board NALLINO.-

The NALLINO uses some special cases like multiplexed SoC PADs and an enable GPIO to read the platform ID (PFID) GPIO pins.

This merge first adds a platfrom abstraction and the add the NALLINO special implementation.
