imx-boot: Pack imx-boot, u-boot-env and other files to installation tar

Jonas Höppner requested to merge lib-u-boot-env-fw_conf into dunfell

As the number of files needed to install imx-boot/u-boot grows, all files are packaged into a tar to be extracted during installation.
