imx6[ull]guf: Add kernel-module-imx6-spreadspectrum

Add the kernel-module-imx6-spreadspectrum that adds the spread spectrum feature to reduce EMI.

The dynamic user interface is the /proc/mx6_spreadspectrum but the normal interface is the device tree interface.
