linux:imx8:defconfig: Add mainline TI SN65DSI83/84 driver

Because the other SN65DSI83/84 drivers did not fit our needs we decided to try the latest mainline addition. See https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/dri-devel/patch/20210608094046.22516-1-marex@denx.de/

The driver uses the same device tree compatible description as the non-mainline TI SN65DSI84 driver so disable this one for now.

Add the panel-lvds driver as well to support generic LVDS panels.
