Draft: rtc-pcf8563-guf: Add read test to probe routine to quit on no device

Jonas Höppner requested to merge rtc-pcf-add-read-test-in-probe into dunfell

When the first read does not work, the probe routine is ended. Reduces the 'errors' on the output in case we take this as an accepted behaviour on our devices (to have the entry in the devicetree but not on the HW.)
