conf:mx8mp:dual-espresso: Add overlay for at42qt1011 cap touch sensor

In the dual-espresso devicetree we enabled the new cap1293 cap. touch
sensor. To remain compatible for devices with the old at42qt1011 sensors,
a corresponding overlay is added that can be applied during installation.
