weston: Configure platform specific default display name during first boot

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge weston-configure-display-output into dunfell

The display used as default weston output differs between platforms. The name is needed in weston ini and for the touch-calibration alias. This is now set to the platform specific one during the first boot using rpm_postinst_ontarget mechanism.
