G&F packages: Create version number using GITPKGV, set license to Apache2.0

Versioning for git packages: guf-show-demo, ltp-guf-test, touchcal-conv: Use gitpkgv from meta-oe which creates a sortable version from git history and git tags in the format --g.

Cleanup recipes to have the same structure, remove guf-recipe includes.

Make sure all licenses are set to Apache2.0
