recipe:connectivity Driver for RTL8723BU
Add kernel module for Wifi-BT Stick with RTL8723BU Chipset.
Bluetooth and wifi station mode work. Currently AP mode does not work.
Concurrent mode is disabled since it causes connectivity drop.
