Touchcal-conv: fix touchcalibration callback to write result to pointercal

Tobias Poganiuch requested to merge touchcal-conv-fix-touchcalibration-storage into dunfell

Weston calls the touchcal-conv-weston.sh script when the calibration was done. This didn't worked correctly. Rewrote script to fix this and improve logfile content.
