Draft: emc-test-suite: add a remote-station sub package

This MR is part of proof of concept for https://secogroup.atlassian.net/browse/YT-191 task.

This is a version without additional sub package and with manual setup.

This MR adds updates emc-test-suite recipes to be intact with changes to gf-emc-test-suite repo

Following changes are introduced:

• update base remote station config
• add echo service to the package
• add prerm for cleaning up remote station setup

The scripts for remote are adjusted in following MR: seco-ne/tools/gf-emc-test-suite!250

Alternative versions with separate package and automatic setup on package installation or during first boot:
