Add custom fngsystem image type

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge add_fngsystem_image_type into kirkstone

The old deploy functions prevented us from building WiC images directly from the fngsystem-image recipe. By adding the new fngsystem fstype, the dependency chain was removed and the fngsystem-wic-image can be merged into the fngsystem-image. This behavior is required for the Genio 700 and Genio 510 builds.
