Add support for MediaTek SoCs

  • Added MTK packagegroup with platform-specific packages (was in image files in mtk build)
  • Introduced the MACHINES_MTK and MACHINES_IMX variables, containing the platfrom-specific machine names. This way, specific packages/groups can be installed only for specific devices based on MACHINE variable
