Removed recipes
Removed references in the DISTRO, the files are now included via a new variable called MACHINE_INSTALL_SCRIPTS that is added to the DISTRO_INSTALL_SCRIPTS to keep the rest of the chain untouched. MACHINE_INSTALL_SCRIPTS is set in the machine layer if needed.
