sharedconf:name: Changed default name and set name with serial

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge add_hostname into kirkstone

The old behaviour of sconfig was to set the name together with the serial number. We reintroduced the functionality and renamed the prefix to SNE (for SECO Northern Europe).
