image:prepare: Moved the network conf to the prepare-image step

Tobias Kahlki requested to merge move_network_config into kirkstone

Generating the network configuration upon the first boot doesn't work for read-only filesystems. Since we generate the network config only during the first boot after an installation, the step was moved to the post-install steps of the fng-install script.
