security: build plug&trust MW mini package as shared library

Felix Gerking requested to merge plug-and-trust_mini-shared-lib-se05x into kirkstone

Split the example to another recipe that requires the mini package to be build as shared library. This would also allow us to integrate the mini package into the sdk, allowing costumers to access the secure element from their software.
