sharedconf: Update network config on the fly with sconfig

Jonas Höppner requested to merge shared-config-auto-update-network-settings into kirkstone

sconfig now calls the scripts to update the real networkconfig after updating the network settings. For networkmanagaer and (untested) systemd-networkd the new config is also reloaded automatically.
