psplash: Update patches

The patches 0001-Add-clear-bg-show-logo-and-show-progress-bar-switche.patch and 0002-Adjust-the-colors-for-the-G-F-logo.patch were out of sync with upstream. Sync them with

devtool modify psplash
devtool update-recipe psplash -a ../sources/meta-seconorth-distro --force-patch-refresh
devtool reset psplash
