Add alsa configuration

alsa_conf into dunfell
  • Add asound.conf
    • Downmix everything to mono, Linout_R and Lineout_L are connected in HW anyway. This helps preven pop/click noises when switching between mono and stereo playback
  • Add asound.state for imx6sgtl5000audio device
    • Enable PCM, Lineout and Mic. Set usable default volumes
